1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the QR Menu platform operated by Pani ai studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

We provide a digital platform enabling food and beverage businesses (Restaurants, Cafes, Bakeries) to generate QR code menus, manage food items, variants, pricing, and optionally route orders via WhatsApp. We do not process payments for food directly on behalf of the restaurant unless explicitly stated in a custom enterprise integration.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
• You agree not to upload any illegal, explicit, or copyright-infringing food images or promotional content.
• You are solely responsible for setting the correct pricing, taxes, and honoring the orders placed by your customers through our platform.
• You must ensure that your physical restaurant fulfills the orders routed through WhatsApp accurately.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Billing is done upfront based on the chosen plan duration (e.g., 30 days, 365 days). Failure to renew the subscription will result in your QR codes becoming inactive or your account reverting to a free tier with severely limited functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pani ai studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue due to temporary system downtime, internet outages, or changes to third-party APIs like WhatsApp.
